As an Electromechanical technician on our team, you’ll blend mechanical know‑how with electrical savvy to minimize downtime, boost yield, and elevate quality—while growing your own career. A day in the life You’ll move from machine to machine, diagnosing issues across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems. You’ll partner closely with production teammates, jump into the parts repair shop to rebuild components to “as‑built” condition (driving annual cost avoidance), and contribute to system improvements across Preventive, Corrective, Predictive, and Spare Parts programs. You’ll also support equipment retrofits and upgrades, help draft or revise SOPs and shop repair instructions, and participate in validation protocols. Your goal: balanced gains in product quality, output, yield, and cost.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • 1 year of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct machine maintenance background.
  • Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.
  • Related technical school certification or equivalent training/experience (e.g., manufacturing technology, electrical engineering).

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on production equipment across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and controls.
  • Support teammates and production personnel with complex technical problems.
  • Rebuild and restore used parts to “as‑built” condition in the parts repair shop to contribute to annual cost avoidance.
  • Continuously improve maintenance systems (Preventive, Corrective, Predictive, and Spare Parts).
  • Assist with equipment retrofits and upgrades; write or revise SOPs and shop repair instructions.
  • Optimize equipment and processes to enhance quality, output, yield, and cost efficiency.
  • Assist in completing validation protocols.
