About The Position

Help deliver safe, reliable electrical products built to exacting standards in Sacramento, California. The role assembles electrical components and complete systems according to schematics and specifications, performs inspections and quality checks, and uses hand and power tools to meet production targets. The assembler works with teammates to troubleshoot build issues and address root causes, maintains a tidy and hazard-free work area, documents procedures and discrepancies, reports defects, and participates in ongoing training on tools, methods, and technologies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and discipline in following precise instructions.
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring devices.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Nice To Haves

• Electronics certification preferred.
• Prior experience in electrical assembly or a comparable field is a plus.
