This role owns equipment performance. You’ll own the reliability and uptime of our production equipment. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing, filling, and packaging systems in a GMP-regulated environment. When equipment fails, you identify the root cause. When downtime can be prevented, you build the processes and maintenance practices that keep production moving.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years maintaining automated manufacturing, filling, packaging, or production equipment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of motors, sensors, drives, pneumatics, and AC/DC circuits
  • Experience executing preventive maintenance programs and documenting maintenance activities
  • Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Filling, packaging, or encapsulation equipment (BellatRx experience a plus)
  • GMP-regulated manufacturing environments (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or dietary supplement)
  • Exposure to PLC troubleshooting and automation controls
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement or equipment reliability initiatives
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Own the reliability and uptime of production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing, filling, and packaging systems in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Identify the root cause of equipment failures.
  • Build processes and maintenance practices to prevent downtime.
  • Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and documentation.
  • Perform equipment troubleshooting, repair, and root cause analysis.
  • Conduct equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
  • Manage work orders within digital maintenance systems.
  • Provide basic facility, utility, and production support as needed.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and system integrators when issues extend beyond on-site capabilities.
