About The Position

When your shift kicks off at Worthington Enterprises, you jump straight into the heart of our operation—keeping complex production equipment running at peak performance. You’ll track down elusive electrical faults, fine‑tune ladder logic, adjust HMIs, and restore mechanical systems so lines keep moving and quality stays high.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience with strong electrical and PLC proficiency.
  • Deep knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude including welding and cutting.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
  • Comfort using meters and precision measurement tools.
  • Must pass an electrical board and PLC programming assessment.
  • Basic English proficiency to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Training in CPR, first aid, lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined spaces may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical and electrical issues across diverse production equipment.
  • Execute proactive maintenance, machine adjustments, and reliability improvements.
  • Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs (including ladder logic) and HMIs.
  • Perform welding and fabrication to support repairs and equipment changes.
  • Document work clearly and promptly in maintenance systems.
  • Apply advanced electrical expertise safely in an industrial environment.
