The Rotation & Travel Structure Shift Schedule: Operate on a predictable 10 days on, 4 days off rotation. Your 10-day on-call period runs Tuesday through Thursday of the following week. Pre-Planned Travels: Travel with confidence. Your assignments (local, regional, and international) are 100% pre-planned and company-supported, giving you complete visibility over your calendar.

Requirements

• Strong practical understanding of electromechanical systems and diagnostics.
• Electrical background highly preferred (military technical school graduates are ideal).
• Willingness to travel regional and international (Canada) routes during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely install, commission, and repair specialized industrial equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct routine field inspections and preventative maintenance in alignment with strict safety protocols.
• Isolate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and electrical faults.
• Maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation of all service actions.
• Provide exceptional client service, representing our brand with integrity.
