About The Position

Join a growing electronics manufacturing team that supports advanced display technology used across commercial and industrial environments. This is an opportunity to work hands-on with electronic systems, troubleshoot real-world technical challenges, and build skills that can lead into engineering, CAD, production, field service, or technical leadership roles. In this role, you'll assemble, test, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair LCD and electronic display systems while collaborating closely with engineering and production teams. Every day brings a different challenge—from diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues to ensuring products meet the highest quality standards before deployment.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in electronic assembly, electronics repair, troubleshooting, field service, cable equipment maintenance, or related technical work
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital documentation tools
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds
  • Ability to work with and around overhead cranes and material handling equipment
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform hands-on assembly work throughout the workday
  • Previous experience operating overhead cranes or similar lifting equipment
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic display systems and components
  • Test, calibrate, and verify display performance
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues
  • Perform repairs, firmware updates, and component replacements
  • Support RMA, maintenance, and service activities
  • Maintain accurate production, testing, and repair documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to improve product quality
  • Safely move, position, and handle display systems and components using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment, including overhead cranes
