About The Position

Electromechanical Assemblers assemble and test switches, components, electromechanical assemblies, PCB assemblies, enclosures, wiring harnesses, subsystems, and systems. The role also supports quality control, parts picking and kitting, inventory maintenance, and the organization and cleanliness of production and R&D areas. Assemblers coordinate receiving and shipping goods, move materials as needed to support production, and occasionally assist with pickup and delivery of parts. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. The selected candidate may be required to complete a background check and drug screening. Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Experience in electronic soldering, assembly, and testing, or a related technical background.
• Ability to read work orders, follow production drawings and written or verbal instructions, and work from sample assemblies.
• Experience with electronic instruments and mechanical hand tools.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively and carry out orders.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, motivation, self-reliance, and honesty.
• Ability to carry 50 pounds.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card) required.
• May be required to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test switches, components, electromechanical assemblies, PCB assemblies, enclosures, wiring harnesses, subsystems, and systems.
• Perform quality control.
• Pick and kit parts.
• Perform inventory maintenance tasks.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in production and R&D areas.
• Coordinate receipt of goods and move materials as needed to support production.
• Coordinate shipment of goods.
• Occasionally assist with pickup and delivery of parts.
