We design, test, and manufacture aircraft antennas, electrostatic dischargers, and lightning protection components used on commercial, military, and private aircraft around the world. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler with hands-on soldering experience to join our team full-time in Fort Lauderdale. If you have at least one year of experience soldering small components in a manufacturing environment and enjoy working with your hands, adhesives, and tools — this is a role you can step into right away. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on soldering experience with small, detailed components
  • Experience working with and mixing chemicals such as epoxies and resins
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and work instructions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be a U.S. person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electrical splicing techniques
  • Background in aerospace or electronic component manufacturing
  • Familiarity with voltmeters or basic electrical testing equipment

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and solder small electrical components according to work instructions and technical drawings
  • Mix, apply, and cure epoxies and adhesives using taping, fixturing, and oven processes
  • Perform basic electrical splicing tasks (or be willing to learn if no prior experience)
  • Inspect and clean components before and after assembly to ensure quality standards
  • Operate hand tools, soldering irons, and basic measuring/testing equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Comply with all DG safety procedures and policies as directed by the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
