About The Position

Intervala is seeking Electromechanical Assemblers to build electrical and electromechanical assemblies according to applicable documentation and quality workmanship standards. The role involves following detailed instructions and specifications, assembling components such as cables, harnesses, and chassis modules with a variety of tools and hardware, operating manufacturing equipment, identifying defects, and performing verification tests. The position suits candidates who enjoy hands-on assembly work and can handle small, detailed parts accurately in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
No experience required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print for simple assemblies.
Ability to use basic hand tools, including dial indicators, torque wrenches, and testing devices.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions.
Ability to manipulate and work with tedious and small parts.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results.
Ability to work in a high-volume, high-detail work environment.

Responsibilities

Follow written and verbal work process instructions and specifications.
Assemble electrical or electromechanical devices and components using a variety of hardware and tools; assemblies may include cables, harnesses, or chassis modules.
Operate a variety of equipment to fulfill manufacturing processes.
Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standards and class.
Perform verification tests in accordance with assembly instructions.
