Requirements
- Preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience or coursework with mechanical and/or electrical components.
- Knowledge of compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- 2–3 years of experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
Nice To Haves
- Automation and conveyor system troubleshooting in high-volume facilities.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair robotic ASRS systems and complex conveyance equipment.
- Troubleshoot conveyors, sorters, palletizers, and GTP systems.
- Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
- Identify problems with motors, photo eyes, sensors, solenoids, encoders, and controls.
- Fabricate parts when needed.
- Restore operations with confidence, precision, and pride.
