Requirements

Preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting experience
Experience or coursework with mechanical and/or electrical components
Knowledge of compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
2–3 years of experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or production environment
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Automation and conveyor system troubleshooting in high-volume facilities

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair robotic ASRS systems and complex conveyance equipment.
Troubleshoot conveyors, sorters, palletizers, and GTP systems.
Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
Identify problems with motors, photo eyes, sensors, solenoids, encoders, and controls.
Fabricate parts when needed.
Restore operations with confidence and precision.
