The Electro-Mechanical Technician supports assembly, troubleshooting, repair, installation, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems used in shop, laboratories, field support, and production environments. This position requires strong hands-on technical ability, safe work practices, and the capability to troubleshoot equipment issues involving electrical controls, mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, production equipment, welding/fabrication, and equipment retrofits. The role supports operational uptime, new product testing, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement by assisting with equipment installation, machine rebuilds, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, control panel work, PLC and controls upgrades, and mechanical/hydraulic repairs. This position may support engineering, operations, maintenance, and shop personnel depending on business needs.
