Electrical Mechanical Technician (Automation Engineer Senior Analyst) Help us power the future of pharmacy automation. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
0–2 years of hands-on experience working with automated or industrial electro-mechanical equipment
Experience troubleshooting PLCs, I/O systems, and field devices in a production or manufacturing environment
Ability to repair, adjust, and maintain mechanical and pneumatic systems with precision
Working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as MAXIMO
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
Ability to work flexible shifts and support on-call operations

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field
Experience in a high-volume or pharmaceutical production environment
Familiarity with robotics and automated control systems
Knowledge of OSHA 1910 safety standards or formal safety training
Experience supporting equipment upgrades, system integrations, or process improvements
Willingness to travel occasionally to support other facilities

Responsibilities

Maintain high-performing automation systems by executing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across PLCs, robotics, controls, and electro-mechanical systems to minimize downtime and restore production quickly
Improve equipment reliability by monitoring performance trends and increasing Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)
Identify root causes of system issues and implement lasting solutions that enhance machine performance and consistency
Support continuous improvement by recommending and implementing equipment upgrades, modifications, and process enhancements
Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to detect early signs of performance degradation and prevent failures
Document all maintenance activities, labor hours, and parts usage in CMMS (MAXIMO) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Partner with engineering, developers, and operations teams to improve system design and operational efficiency
Maintain readiness to support operations through on-call responsibilities and flexible scheduling
