Related technical school training or the equivalent work experience.

Follow all Nestle and GMP procedures.
Maintain confidential information on recipes.
Report all deviations from the recipe.
Understanding verbal and written instructions in English.
Must follow safety rules and procedures including the wearing of safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses where appropriate.
Must observe good manufacturing practices (GMP) and USDA policies.
Must pass physical strength test (cybex).
Must be able to transport oneself to, from, and around one’s designated work area on concrete surfaces which are often uneven, wet, and slippery.
Must have legible handwriting.
Must be able to climb and descend ladders.
Must be able to operate required shop hand and power tools.
Detect and understand warning lights, buzzers, alarms or instruments indicating hazardous conditions or circumstances which may cause equipment or product loss and physical harm.
Communicate effectively with various support groups, supervisors, and team members.
Work with, and be exposed to oils, greases, and solvents.
Work in confined spaces.
Push buttons, turn knobs, and flip switches on equipment.
Must be able to evacuate an area quickly in an emergency.
Must be capable of safely operating forklift equipment.
