About The Position

Join our company as an Electro-Mechanical Field Service Technician responsible for supporting AW Machinery's design, manufacturing, installation, and customer support operations. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality custom machinery while maintaining AW Machinery's standards for safety, quality, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Relevant degree in mechatronics, technical training or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in field service or equivalent.
Understanding of AutoCAD and Blueprints.
Understanding of PLC, HMI, Drives, Motors, etc.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and elements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Support our electrical and mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
Conduct factory evaluation, testing, and troubleshooting of machines.
Lead and support field commissioning and service to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and operation of machines.
Work closely with engineering, production, purchasing, sales, and management.
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
Prepare technical documentation and service reports.
Implement safety standards and best practices in all engineering processes.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance teams.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in machine operations & support.
