Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of warehouse-related equipment such as pallet jacks, highlifts, and forklifts to ensure the efficient shipping and receiving of products. This role is crucial for keeping day and night warehouse operations functional. The technician will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve automated material handling equipment and industrial machinery, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems, conveyors, motors, VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. The position involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical systems (24VDC–480V), repairing various mechanical components, diagnosing VFDs and PLC-controlled equipment, reading schematics, performing welding/fabrication, completing CMMS work orders, and adhering to OSHA/NFPA70E/LOTO safety standards. The role requires working in an industrial environment and climbing ladders.
