We are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to build and test precision electronics assemblies.

Requirements

  • Precision soldering skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Critical attention to minute details
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Great communication skills verbally and written
  • Ability to solve production related problems
  • Flexible to continuous improvement activities
  • 2 to 3 years of college training preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience building high level electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Good eyesight
  • Exceptional hand dexterity for small parts assembly
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to hip height
  • Alert to the environment to avoid hazards in the workplace
  • Orderly, keeping work environment clean and organized

Responsibilities

  • Build precision electro-mechanical assemblies to print.
  • Calibrate laser assemblies using various electronics test equipment.
  • Work both independently and as a team member to best help keep up with production schedules.
  • Request parts from stock utilizing appropriate methods
  • Ability to use SAP as needed to perform essential job functions
  • Other duties as assigned
