HX5 is currently seeking an electrified aircraft propulsion documentation intern to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio in support of the GEARS contract at NASA Glenn Research Center. The selected candidate will support NASA electrified aircraft propulsion (EAP) projects in identifying advanced technology businesses, related to EAP, that are potential NASA research partners. As a member of the EAP technology development team, the chosen candidate will research and identify entities that are working in EAP and specifically those that specialize in alternative propulsion architectures (APA). This effort is monitored by the Intelligent Control and Autonomy Branch at NASA GRC, which conducts research and development of technologies to increase the level of intelligence and autonomy in complex aerospace systems with a strong focus on aero-space propulsion systems.
