About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our growing team in Fairless Hills, PA. This position will support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems within mission-critical data center environments. Candidates should be safety-focused, dependable, and capable of working in fast-paced, high-performance settings where uptime and quality are essential.

Requirements

Journeyman Electrician experience preferred.
Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial, or large commercial electrical construction preferred.
Ability to bend/install conduit and perform complex electrical installations.
Knowledge of NEC code requirements and electrical safety practices.
Experience with switchgear, generators, UPS Systems, and backup power systems is a plus.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or night shifts when required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).
Experience working around energized equipment and shutdown procedures (preferred).

Responsibilities

Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems in mission-critical and data center facilities.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, one-lines and construction drawings.
Install conduit, cable tray, wire, panels, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, PDUs, generators, and related equipment.
Perform terminations for low and medium-voltage systems.
Support startup, testing and commissioning activities.
Work closely with project managers, foremen, engineers, and other trades to meet project schedules.
Follow all OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards.
Maintain clean and organized work areas in highly secure environments.
Complete daily reports, safety documentation, and timekeeping accurately.
