About The Position

The Electrician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical products and equipment at assigned job sites. This role works closely with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and electrical code standards. This position requires project management experience, and the ability to build and sustain productive relationships with both internal teams and external customers, always with a service-focused mindset.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Operating a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position; therefore, a valid driver’s license and continuous eligibility to drive under company insurance standards are required.
Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) are monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with safety, insurance, and regulatory requirements.

Nice To Haves

Previous electrician, installer, or related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Install electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to specifications and code requirements
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on electrical systems and components
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Install and configure equipment, devices, and related components at customer sites
Test electrical systems and ensure proper functionality and safety compliance
Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, and service performed
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition
Assist with other installation or service-related duties as assigned
Perform duties that may be assigned by the Branch Manager.
