About The Position

The Electrician maintains parking lot lights, exterior building lights, and neon signs; conducts walkthroughs of company properties (WRHC, 789, LWC, C-Store, and BSL); and ensures emergency generators are working. The role also assists HVAC and Maintenance with work orders or projects requiring an electrician and completes work orders in a timely manner. Other duties may be assigned within the scope of work.

The employee is expected to follow regulatory, safety, departmental, and company policies; maintain confidentiality; and know and refer to Wind River Hotel & Casino policies when necessary. Northern Arapaho Enterprises II and its subsidiaries follow Indian Preference in hiring and retention per federal law.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Wyoming driver license.
• Obtain a Journeyman’s License.
• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of hire.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test with negative results; non-safety-sensitive positions will not be tested for cannabis.
• Be licensable under the requirements of the Northern Arapaho Gaming Agency.
• Have COVID vaccinations.
• Be able to read and interpret, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to operate tools and equipment relevant to the position.
• Be able to work independently and on a team with minimal supervision.
• Be flexible with shifts and days off, and able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
• Know existing Wind River Hotel & Casino policies and refer to them when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parking lot lights, exterior building lights, and neon lighted signs.
• Conduct general walkthroughs of company properties: WRHC, 789, LWC, C-Store, and BSL.
• Ensure emergency generators are in working order.
• Assist HVAC and Maintenance with work orders or projects requiring an electrician.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of work.
• Adhere to regulatory, safety, departmental, and company policies.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
