About The Position

Bryant Electric is seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician to join our team in the Palm Beach County region. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in commercial and/or construction environments. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical knowledge, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, perform accurate layouts, install conduit and wiring, troubleshoot electrical systems, and work in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA requirements, project specifications, and Bryant Electric safety standards. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, productivity, teamwork, and customer service.

Requirements

Electrical construction experience preferred
Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints and perform layouts
Experience with conduit installation and wiring
Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Strong safety awareness and work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Journeyman license/certification preferred
Valid driver's license, if required

Responsibilities

Install and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
Install and bend conduit and perform electrical layouts
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans
Plan daily work and identify required materials and tools
Perform electrical installations in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes
Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
Work effectively with Foremen, Project Managers, and other trades
