About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, experienced Electrician to support a wide range of residential and commercial electrical projects, repairs, and maintenance needs across properties in the Baltimore area. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional who can work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and complete projects safely and efficiently. This is a full-time position. Work may include routine maintenance, installations, inspections, emergency repairs, and renovation support.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Familiarity with local and national electrical codes
Own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must carry or be willing to obtain general liability insurance (if 1099)
Experience in property management or multifamily housing maintenance
Ability to estimate project costs and materials
Comfortable working in occupied units or tenant environments
Valid Maryland journeyman or master electrician license
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Vocational training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs for residential and commercial properties
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including short circuits, faulty wiring, or malfunctioning fixtures
Install and maintain lighting, outlets, switches, panels, circuit breakers, and electrical systems
Conduct inspections and ensure work complies with local, state, and NEC electrical codes
Respond to service calls, emergency repairs, and general maintenance requests as scheduled
Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams as needed
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on task
Assist supervisor with work related requests.
Responsible for following regulations of COMAR, CARF, any other regulatory body, and company policies/ procedures related to service delivery and documentation and co-facilitating orientation of all new hires to these as well.
Support the maintenance of a safe environment by participating in training and drills as requested.
Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client’s treatment.
Participate in external and internal audits/surveys (CARF/CSA/OHCQ) as directed by the supervisor.
Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement plans by completing periodic audits or other activities to ensure regulatory compliance and/or improve service delivery.
