About The Position

Completes electrical maintenance functions throughout the hospital and Facilities' supported areas. Performs general electrical repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on electrical systems, motors, emergency generators, and other electromechanical equipment. Responds as assigned to emergency codes and procedures. Uses various tools associated with electrical maintenance including hand and power tools and electrical testing equipment. Works on other maintenance related tasks as the needs of the department require.

Requirements

• High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or higher required upon hire
• Electrician - Journeyman or Master Electrician's license in state of Kentucky required upon hire
