About The Position

As an Electrician you will be responsible for providing top-notch electrical services to our residential clients, ensuring their homes are safe, functional, and efficient.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Electrician's license or certification.
  • Proven experience as a Residential Service Electrician Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential properties, including wiring, circuit installations, electrical panel upgrades, lighting installations, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to assess electrical systems, identify potential hazards, and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Collaborate with homeowners to understand their electrical needs, provide expert advice, and offer solutions to improve energy efficiency and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards in all service work performed.
  • Diagnose electrical malfunctions using appropriate testing equipment and implement effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Complete electrical service calls in a timely manner, manage work orders, and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Educate homeowners on electrical system operation, maintenance best practices, and safety guidelines.
  • Keep abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and electrical code updates to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
