About The Position

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for a manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems and production equipment to ensure efficient plant operations. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of electrical experience in an industrial environment.
• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and electrical instruments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and support across manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance projects.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a preemployment screening.

Nice To Haves

• 5-7 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, machinery, and facility equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Utilize PLC knowledge and experience to diagnose and correct electrical issues.
• Install, maintain, and replace electrical equipment and components.
• Work with electrical conduit, wiring, and industrial controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support equipment reliability initiatives.
• Assist Engineering and Maintenance teams with facility improvements and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.
