About The Position

Requirements

Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Possess a valid and current driver’s license
Three (3) years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
Ability to work overtimes, weekends, short notice coverage as business arise, rotating shifts (1st – 2nd), and holidays as needed.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Ability to obtain Wisconsin Journeyman electrician license within established period OR possess a current and valid Wisconsin Journeyman electrician certificate or license
Experience working with PLCs and Process Controls
Experience reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals and troubleshooting problems to make adjustments and repairs
Ability to communicate effectively and work well with other people
Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities

Responds to Shop Work Orders in performing maintenance and repair tasks in a safe manner
Implements and improvements preventive maintenance procedures
Determines parts, tools, and supplies necessary for the jobs
Documents work activities in the work order SAP
Willingness to learn and expand craft skills
