Requirements

Minimum 3 years of prior professional-level electrical experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable with using technology, especially a tablet while in the field.

Responsibilities

Help customers with various electrical needs, from installations to repairs, ranging from installing basic fixtures to replacing a home's electrical panel and wiring.
Perform complex troubleshooting.
Interact with homeowners to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure the safety of yourself and others by identifying and presenting opportunities and solutions to customers to ensure the safety of their family and property.
Perform work correctly the first time by paying attention to detail, inspecting and properly diagnosing electrical concerns, and delivering high-quality workmanship.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering an amazing customer experience, earning trust, showing confidence, and providing customized recommendations.
Complete jobs efficiently and promptly to meet customer needs and support business operations.
