About The Position
The Electrician is responsible for performing preventative, routine, and emergency service on the property’s electrical systems.
Requirements
- Five (5) years’ experience as Commercial/Industrial Electrician required
- Electrical License and/or knowledge of state and local electrical codes required
- Blueprint and schematic reading skills required.
- Must demonstrate good verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
Responsibilities
- Assists Lead Electrician in maintaining all aspects of the properties electrical systems
- Removes debris caused by work completed
- Maintains proper care and storage of tools and equipment
- Ensures that all work is completed and of superior craftsmanship
- Works closely with Lead to coordinate an efficient and safe work environment
