Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
- Must be a fully qualified journeyman electrician/electronic technician with a minimum of 5 years industry experience.
- Basic working knowledge of computer data entry function preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts to electronic formulas.
- Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as determination of test reliability and validity and electronic theory.
- Must be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Knowledge of vfd ( variable frequency drive ) and control systems
- Eligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.

Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain VFDs, AC/DC motors, SCRs, drives, and process instrumentation
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, heating, and refrigeration systems
- Install and maintain electrical systems (480V, 240V, 120V, and low voltage)
- Diagnose, disassemble, repair, or replace faulty electrical and electronic components
- Inspect, adjust, clean, and calibrate equipment to ensure proper operation
- Perform preventative maintenance and complete assigned calibrations
- Troubleshoot and improve process controls, burners, ovens, and related systems
- Read and interpret electrical drawings; update documentation to reflect as-built changes
- Follow NEC codes, industry standards, and safe work practices including PPE requirements
- Use CMMS to document work, track tasks, and communicate effectively with teams and supervisors
