Requirements

Skilled at working on commercial and industrial projects.
OSHA 10.
Valid driver's license.
Journeyman license – multistate licenses a plus (RI, MA or CT).

Responsibilities

Overall day-to-day supervision of the field labor crews to ensure daily work assignments are completed in accordance with the overall schedule and quality standards.
Meet or surpass the objectives and goals of each specific project.
Physically working as a member of the field crew.
Works closely with Project Managers and VP of Operations.
Plan and schedule work according to project specifications.
Read blueprints and project documents as required.
Effectively communicate within the team to complete tasks on time.
Participate in preconstruction meetings.
Monitor and maintain job site safety standards.
Process daily paperwork as required.
Coordinate with customers and other trades on the job site to ensure harmonious project workflow.
Review daily progress to maintain quality standards.
Material and equipment coordination.
