About The Position
Keil Electric is seeking a high-performing, licensed electrician with a desire to become a market leader and equity partner. This unique opportunity offers a path to own and operate your own electrical market within Keil Electric's established system. Instead of starting from scratch, you will leverage Keil Electric's existing infrastructure, including marketing, lead generation, recruiting support, financial systems, sales processes, and administrative support. Your focus will be on selling, delivering electrical work, building customer relationships, recruiting and developing a team, and growing revenue in your designated market. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to leadership and ownership, offering a chance to earn equity and participate in profits.
Requirements
- Licensed electrician (or strong field experience)
- Proven ability to sell or desire to grow into sales
- Leadership mindset -- you take ownership, not just direction
- High accountability and work ethic
- You've thought about running your own shop someday
