About The Position
This position is located in Englewood, Colorado. The role involves the installation of fire alarm systems, including rough-in of electrical boxes, wire pulling, and trimming of fire alarm system components. Experience with bending and installing conduit is required. The successful candidate will learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain necessary state licensing. Safety is paramount, and work must be performed in accordance with company safety procedures, including those for driving, personal protective equipment, and lockout/tag-out policies. Maintaining company vehicles in a clean and organized manner is also a responsibility.
Requirements
- Electrical installation experience required
- 3-year Electrician Apprentice or Electrician Journeyman
- Proficient in EMT conduit bending and installation
- Excellent communications and customer service skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements
- Travel required
Nice To Haves
- Installation of low voltage wire and fire alarm systems is a plus
- IEC certification is a plus
- Electrician background is a plus
