About The Position

This role involves performing various electrical tasks, including cable pulling, assisting with installations, and basic testing, while adhering to strict safety procedures. Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to safely perform cable pulling operations
• Progressive knowledge of electrical systems based on classification level
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Experience with terminations
• Medium voltage certification or demonstrated competence
• Typically requires a minimum of 48 months of industrial construction experience

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Electricians and others to perform job tasks
• Works around energized and hazardous electrical systems
• Unwinds, routes, and pulls cable in tray, conduit, and duct banks
• Assists in cable identification, tagging, and routing verification
• Assists with installation of cable tray, supports, and related infrastructure
• Uses hand and power tools safely to support installation activities
• Assists with connecting power cable to equipment under supervision
• Performs basic testing and continuity checks under supervision
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Assists in lifting, positioning, and securing materials during installation
• Cleans and performs minor maintenance on tools and equipment
• Safely traverses uneven terrain with tools and materials
• Climbs ladders and works at heights as required
• Maintains dependable attendance in accordance with Project Work Rules
• Must adhere to all safety procedures
