Requirements

Residential electrical service experience required.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of residential electrical systems and current electrical codes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to explain technical information in a clear and professional manner.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
Professional appearance and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems.
Troubleshoot electrical issues safely and efficiently.
Perform electrical inspections and identify code or safety concerns.
Install, repair, and replace residential electrical components and systems.
Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
Present solutions and provide accurate estimates.
Complete work in accordance with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and company standards.
Document completed work using company technology.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle.
Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every service call.
Participate in ongoing technical and professional development.
