About The Position

Yuengling is looking for a Maintenance Electrician/PLC Technician who will effectively, efficiently, and safely meet all job requirements, abilities, accountabilities, and goals as directed by the supervisor. The minimum requirements of the position include the skill, experience, license(s) and certification(s) typically necessary to meet the requirements of this type of position.

Requirements

Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues throughout the plant on PLC, relay logic and power distribution up to 480 VAC.
Knowledge of electrical distribution systems.
Knowledge of electrical control systems.
Knowledge of instrumentation systems.
PLC programming – Allen-Bradley.
HMI programming – Allen-Bradley (Panelview, Panelview Plus, RSView).
Process optimization throughout the brewery.
Variable frequency drive setup and troubleshooting.
Ability to run conduit and pull wire for system power/control.
Must be flexible concerning hours needed and availability for on-call when needed.
Must be willing and able to assist maintenance when needed.
Accurately complete administrative forms and reports in a timely fashion.
Adhere to all rules, regulations, and procedures.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
Must work well with others.
Must be able to multitask.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot complex control systems.
Ability to use PCs / Software (Microsoft Excel, Word, E Maintenance, and Outlook).
High school diploma.

Additional Technical Schooling or training.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot electrical issues throughout the plant on PLC, relay logic, and power distribution up to 480 VAC.
Utilize knowledge of electrical distribution systems, electrical control systems, and instrumentation systems.
Perform PLC programming (Allen-Bradley).
Perform HMI programming (Allen-Bradley Panelview, Panelview Plus, RSView).
Engage in process optimization throughout the brewery.
Set up and troubleshoot variable frequency drives.
Run conduit and pull wire for system power/control.
Be flexible concerning hours needed and availability for on-call when needed.
Assist maintenance when needed.
Perform other duties as required by the Immediate Supervisor.
