About The Position

We are looking for a talented 2nd Shift Electrician – Level III to join our Cummins Inc. team in Mineral Point, WI. In this role, you will make an impact by troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical system issues to maximize equipment uptime, performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance to ensure reliable plant operations, analyzing equipment failures and supporting root cause identification to reduce downtime, executing preventive maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance and longevity, interpreting schematics and technical documentation to deliver precise, high-quality work, collaborating cross-functionally to identify and eliminate manufacturing constraints, supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity, and coaching and guiding team members, strengthening overall technical capability on the floor.
