About The Position

We are seeking experienced Electrician Laborers to support electrical crews on commercial and/or industrial job sites. This position is responsible for assisting electricians with wire pulling, conduit bending, material handling, and general job site support. This role does not include installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, or repairing electrical systems.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrician Laborer, Electrical Helper, or similar role required.
• Experience pulling wire and bending conduit is required.
• Current OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Current certification to operate 30-foot scissor lifts and boom lifts required.
• Ability to read and follow basic instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, kneeling, bending, climbing, and working at heights throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Pull electrical wire through conduit and raceways.
• Measure, cut, and bend conduit using hand and power tools.
• Assist electricians with project preparation and material staging.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Operate 30-foot scissor lifts and boom lifts in accordance with all safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all OSHA and job site safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned to support the electrical crew.
