About The Position

The Journeyperson, Electrician exemplifies our culture of creating revolutionary guest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun. This purpose of this role is to complete maintenance, modification, construction, and inspection of all resort electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices, and related equipment. Maintaining compliance with all electrical codes (ESA) and setting a resort standard for workmanship. Meeting and monitoring third party contractors within the electrical trade. Performing work on the facilities to include inspections, preventive maintenance schedule, construction, and repair of electrical components as per electrical codes. Conducting inspections as per governmental and insurance requirements, manufacturer’s recommendations and BMR electrical procedures. Collaborating with resort leaders on the changing conditions or occurrences which may adversely affect the electrical standards, employees, or guests. Assisting, directing, and inspecting the work of Apprentice Electricians as required. Performing additional Lift Mechanic duties as part of the Lift Maintenance team.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Electrical License for duration of employment (309A preferred).
  • Eligible to enroll TSSA Certified – Ski Lift Mechanic-In-Training (SLM-T)
  • Requires practical knowledge specific to their job area.
  • Requires post secondary education or equivalent experience of 2 or more years.

Responsibilities
