About The Position

Venture Solar is hiring a Licensed MD and DE Electrician. As an Electrician in the state of MD or DE, you will be responsible for executing plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning PV solar systems, installing electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment, connecting wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components, preparing and assembling conduits and connecting wiring through them, and performing effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged units.

Requirements

Required valid Electrician license in the state of MD or DE
Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts with paid overtime
A valid driver's license is required
Can work well independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Experience in residential or commercial electrical systems preferred
