About The Position

North Wind Dynamics, LLC is seeking an Electrician/ Instrument Mechanic to perform instrument mechanic duties and any other duties as may be required under supervision. The role involves adhering to all site safety and operating procedures, following procedures and work control documents, and maintaining good housekeeping. Task-specific training will be provided for specified equipment. The position requires adherence to all NWD policies, rules, regulations, and procedures, and effective communication skills.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Must have a valid driver’s license
Commercial Driver’s License (as required)
Must be able to meet physical capacity requirements of position as determined by the Occupational Medical Provider
Must be able to wear company-provided personal protection equipment when required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy security clearance
Must be able to operate a government vehicle
Proof of citizenship will be required as a condition of employment.
Candidates may be required to obtain and hold a Secret or Higher US Government Clearance.

Nice To Haves

Successful completion of an accredited two-year program in the study of electronics at a vocational/technical school or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 30 months’ experience in the maintenance of industrial instrumentation or electronic work (i.e., data communications) equivalent

Responsibilities

Performs instrument mechanic duties and any other duties as may be required under supervision.
Adheres to all site safety and operating procedures for the equipment being driven and operated.
Follows procedures and work control documents.
Responsible for good housekeeping and may be assigned other duties incidental to the work as required by supervision.
Follows all NWD policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively (written/verbal) with all personnel.
