The Electrician III position is primarily responsible for assisting in the maintenance of electrical and lighting systems for billboards. Requirements

• Apprentice Electrician or Apprentice Sign Electrician.
• Must possess valid in-state driver’s license suitable for light commercial vehicles.
• Mathematical Acumen (Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.)
• Planning and Organizing – Reaching goals that are central to success by making and following plans and managing time and resources effectively.
• Attention to Detail – Working in a conscientious, consistent and thorough manner.
• Digital Literacy – Engaging with digital technologies to accomplish goals and solve challenges in the workplace.
• Fostering Communication – Listening and communication openly, honestly and respectfully with difference audiences. Must have the ability to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely. Ability to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions

• Concern for Safety - Identifying hazardous or potentially hazardous situations and taking appropriate action to maintain a safe environment for self and others.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and lighting systems
• Ability to learn from others
• Troubleshoot and repair systems related to digital LED signage
• Assist other electricians with work
• Follow local building codes and the National Electrical Code
• Knowledge of the NFPA70E, OSHA, and safe work practices
• Other duties as assigned or requested
