Electrician Foreman
About The Position
Allegiance Industries is currently hiring for Electrical Foreman for the Charlotte area! Plans, schedules, assigns, supervises and participates in the work of unskilled, skilled and journeyman level employees engaged in the installation of electrical systems, equipment and fixtures. Provides technical guidance and on-the-job training to assigned employees on the safe operation of equipment and tools and proper work techniques and skills necessary to complete work assignments. Prepares 3-week minimum look ahead on all of your projects. Enforces safety and work performance standards and regulations. Prepares and maintains detailed schedule of activities for job.
Requirements
- 5+ years electrical field construction experience
- Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
- In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver's License
- A positive attitude with the eagerness to go above and beyond
- Reliability and excellent attendance
- A willingness to learn and apply knowledge
- Successful completion of a background and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Ability to run crews of at least 10-20 people.
- OSHA 10/30 Training records for all current certificates.
- State Electrical Journeyman’s license not required, but a plus.
