About The Position

The Electrical Foreman supervises and coordinates electrical construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and applicable electrical codes. This role provides hands-on leadership to craft workers while supporting the successful execution of electrical installations and project requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Local certifications and licenses as requires.
• 4 years experience as a journeyman electrician.
• An appropriate and valid driver's license is required.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical controls and distribution wiring.
• Intermediate ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Advanced ability to use the various tools required for the trade.
• Intermediate written and oral communications skills.
• Intermediate organizational and planning skills.

• Ideal candidate would be available for field work in Riviera Beach, FL or Delray Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Builds raceways, pulls wire, and terminates electrical runs.
• Supervises and coordinates assigned craft workers, analyzing and resolving work problems.
• Tests and troubleshoots electrical systems.
• Interprets blueprints, electrical diagrams, and job orders to determine project scope, layout, and requirements.
• Inspects work for compliance with specifications and applicable local electrical codes.
• Establishes and adjusts work schedules to meet construction schedules.
• Completes daily construction reports and required project documentation.
• Enforces company safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as required.
