Apprenticeship Program Details: This is a paid apprenticeship that is tailored to emerging talent. This will not satisfy the requirements of state licenses. The pay rate for this role starts out at $21.87 and continues to increase throughout the program—and did we mention we have plenty of snacks?! We will be investing in your future through a tuition reimbursement program during the apprenticeship Requires a 1.5-year, full-time commitment starting May 2026. We are Looking for Someone With Student must be eligible for enrollment at an accredited community college/ trade school and available for a 1.5 year full-time commitment starting May 2026 Previous exposure to electrical or maintenance concepts through either classroom or work experience Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities A desire to improve the place you work Problem solving and analytical skills
