Apprenticeship Program Details: This is a paid apprenticeship that is tailored to emerging talent. This will not satisfy the requirements of state licenses. The pay rate for this role starts out at $21.87 and continues to increase throughout the program—and did we mention we have plenty of snacks?! We will be investing in your future through a tuition reimbursement program during the apprenticeship Requires a 1.5-year, full-time commitment starting May 2026. Your journey with us will include a full onboarding and professional development including executive exposure, networking events, and community activities This role is located in Cary, North Carolina and must be completed fully onsite A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Be a Bold Learner – Not only will you be working day to day on our production lines, but also participating in robust professional development to give you a great taste of Kellanova Utilize Your Education – Put your textbook knowledge to the test in a real-world environment and be a part of how the snacks get made Turn a Wrench – Troubleshoot, collaborate, and repair industrial food manufacturing equipment like conveyer belts, packaging equipment, and industrial mixers Bake Your Best Ideas – As emerging talent in this field, you will be shaping this industry and your ideas are the missing ingredient we need to bring our best to the table! We are Looking for Someone With Student must be eligible for enrollment at an accredited community college/ trade school and available for a 1.5 year full-time commitment starting May 2026 Previous exposure to electrical or maintenance concepts through either classroom or work experience Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities A desire to improve the place you work Problem solving and analytical skills
