Our Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking an Electrical Trainer Production 4 to join our JET (Job Enhancement Training) team under the umbrella of our ASTAR (Aeronautics Systems Training for Advanced Refinement) team in Palmdale, CA. As a member of the JET team, you will provide technical support to ASTAR (Aeronautics Systems Training for Advanced Refinement) on a variety of technical tasks. Support Performs on-the-job training, skills training, and some classroom training in assembly and production areas. Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas. Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees.
