Requirements

Preferred 4 years of residential experience in the electrical trade.
Hands-on experience as a qualified electrician (Master license preferred, we will provide additional compensation for this!)
Proven ability to manage large teams and drive business results.
Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and quota objectives.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of technicians to meet and exceed sales revenue goals.
Forecast sales and ensure achievement of targeted quotas.
Oversee daily scheduling and operational planning.
Assess team competency and provide coaching, training, and development.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service metrics.
Promote a positive team culture and ensure high employee morale and productivity.
Recommend personnel actions including transfers, promotions, and performance improvements.
Act as a client interface and problem solver, ensuring customer satisfaction.
