About The Position

Job Summary:
The Electrical Tester 2 independently performs standard electrical testing and troubleshooting activities on a variety of assemblies and components. This position is responsible for setting up and operating test equipment, executing test procedures, and verifying product performance. The role requires sound technical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of standard electrical testing methods and measurements.
• Ability to interpret prints, drawings, and test documentation accurately.
• Demonstrated independence, organization, and accountability in task execution.
• Effective problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be a U.S. Person within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years of relevant experience
• One (1) year of testing experience at TT Electronics

Responsibilities

• Independently perform or execute basic electrical testing procedures.
• Set up and operate standard test equipment and instrumentation.
• Conduct turn and phase testing on multiple component types.
• Verify product compliance with specifications and document results.
• Assist with calibration checks and equipment maintenance.
• Identify and communicate test issues or nonconformances to supervision or engineering.
