About The Position

Cisneros Brothers Home Services is expanding and looking for an experienced Residential Electrician to help launch and grow their Electrical Division. Requirements

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience preferred but not required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of NEC and California electrical codes
• Experience with service upgrades, rewires, and panel replacements
• Clean driving record
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and ladders
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical issues in residential homes
• Install, repair, and replace electrical panels
• Perform breaker replacements and troubleshooting
• Install EV chargers
• Install dedicated circuits
• Install ceiling fans, lighting, outlets, switches, GFCIs, and AFCIs
• Whole-home surge protection installations
• Electrical safety inspections
• Smart home device installations
• Generator transfer switches and backup power solutions
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
• Accurately document jobs using ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area
