About The Position
This position involves assisting with various electrical and installation tasks on solar construction projects. The role requires working outdoors in diverse weather conditions and may involve exposure to construction-related hazards. Candidates must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50+ pound materials and maneuver them into place
- Able to conduct repetitive actions such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to follow precise instructions and receive feedback
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others
- Must be able to work outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits.
- May be exposed to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction-related hazards.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working on solar construction projects preferred
- GED or equivalent education preferred

- Assist with Wire Management
- Assist with Labeling
- Assist with Fiber Termination
- Assist with LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
- Assist with IR Scanning (Infrared Scanning)
- Assist with Survey/As-Built documentation
